K / X / Shift — brief invincibility frames. Dodge through swipes.
Attack
J / Z — 3-hit slap combo
Survive endless iceberg zones. Polar bears are tanky — armored ones block frontal hits, so dash behind them or punish their recovery. Grab ice crystals, spend them at igloo camps, draft upgrades, and watch for the Alpha Bear every third zone. Death is permanent. The daily seed gives everyone the same ice — highest score wins the day.
ABOUT THE GAME
Melting Penguin is a free roguelike platformer that runs entirely in your browser — no download, no account, no ads. Every zone is procedurally generated from a daily seed, so the whole world plays the same ice each day and the leaderboard is a fair fight. It works on desktop and mobile with on-screen touch controls. Built with Phaser 3, hosted on Cloudflare.
